Real question.
Post Body

I titled this Real Question because I realize this could sound a bit smartass-y if it were read the wrong way... If you're going to have something that you're not supposed to have, should you still eat until you're "comfortably stuffed" and shoot for it being a single meal for the day? I'm about to spend 3.5 hours at the movies and I haven't had popcorn in about 5 months, and it's one of my favorite indulgences. I know the carbs will kick me out of ketosis, but that will happen whether I have 2 handfuls or 2 buckets. It's high fat and definitely salty (although not the best quality salt). And I can certainly eat it until I'm stuffed and have made it my only "meal" several times in the past, even before Carnivore. Whatcha think?
