Hey everyone, been a long time Atkins/low carb/keto guy. Started at 400 years ago and lost lbs only to get off of it and gain all the way back to 370. Committed myself to keto and weightlifting at 40 and went down to 260 but gained back up and now fluctuate between 270 and 290. Started carnivore for fat loss and psoriasis and do well 70% of the time. I still struggle with the mentality of needing some carbs for muscle growth as I've been instructed by more than one trainer and several powerlifters and body builders. I guess it would be ketovore or dirty carnivore that I'm actually on. Anyone else do anything like this and track macros? Thanks
