Feeling depleted after two months.

I swear this diet is slowly killing me and healing me as well.

Just recently I have been getting numbness and tingling, anxiety, headaches, etc. When I eat carbs I sleep better and feel better. Fat and electrolytes help but it never seems to be enough to maintain. I get this disassociated feeling in my head when I’m strict carnivore.

I’m starting to wonder if this diet on a strict basis isn’t for every type of body. Also, considering my gut biome has changed the sensitivities to other food is extreme. I literally think my body is missing something that can’t be obtained from carnivore.

I have had positive experiences as well. My energy is way more consistent, depression is non-existent, clarity is good(mostly), and stomach issues are gone.

Anyone, just venting and contemplating my future with this diet. 🤷‍♂️
