Ok, so I'm aware that hard core carnivore is beef, water and salt however, I was wondering how many of you guys do a different style that let's you eat all meats, eggs, fish, cheese, etc? I'm a big guy, went from 400 to 260 on low carb/keto and am a gymgoer, mostly weights but some steady state cardio 3 to 4 times a week. I had ballooned back up to 300 at New Year and decided to do carnivore, currently at 294. Any advice is appreciated
