I think I’m done with carnivore and starting ketovore.

Just hit three weeks on carnivore. While I’ve had many positive results so far, there is something missing from this diet. My head space is very off. I feel like I’m on drugs half the time.

I’m looking to get more fats from avocados or something else and maybe get a broader range of vitamins. I can feel something in my body being slowly depleted and it doesn’t feel good.
