Anxiety is worse now

Does my anxiety have to get worse before it gets better on carnivore? Itβs gotten much worse after 6 days on high fat carnivore. I saw a YouTube video by Emily Penton who said removing carbs reveals your subconscious and brings your issues to the surface. Then continuing the diet will cure the issues such as anxiety according to her and some others. Could this be the case with me? Thanks
Edit: should I fast for 24 or 48 hours to make the adaptation quicker ?
