Look I'm thinking about starting but not sure where to find good information. I already have high cholesterol, which I'm not sure is as bad as people say it is,, but still I want to make sure I'm really not killing myself. Plus I'd really like information to share with my wife who's worried about my heart. Also "Joe Rogan does it" is never a valid reason to give when starting something. I just want to loose this gut and start feeling better
