See the two huge dips on my Resting Heart Rate? Those are the weeks I have been on carnivore - no other lifestyle changes. Freaking amazing.
I started cleaning up my eating in July then as you can see, I fell off the wagon in late August / early September. I got my diet back on track in October.
Overall I have been feeling more energetic and thinking more clearly. I have also dropped about six pounds over the last three months (even with falling off the wagon).
Not sure if anyone else has tracked changes like this. My sleep scores have gotten better as well. My HRV has been shitty for a long time, so hoping to see some positive changes there soon. It's trending up, but not as drastic as my RHR.
