Hey fellow meat lovers. Coming up on 6 months now, my diet consists of beef, lamb, bacon, eggs and chicken occasionally. I have heavy cream in my coffee and just recently started cutting out cheese. 16kgs down, feeling great physically and mentally.
But… for the last 2-3 weeks i have been getting really dizzy and light headed after standing up from a crouched position. Very physically demanding job but nothing im not used to. All i can find is i either need to add organ meats into diet or im lacking in vitamins like vitamin c.
Anyone got a suggestion for me? Thanks for any help
