I started my diet in mid December. My diet consists of eggs, red meat, raw cheese & organic butter (cause I can’t get raw milk) and organic fruit, no vegetables, no oils, & no wheat/ processed sugar/etc. Everything I eat is all organic & 100% grass fed, everything is top quality stuff. I work out 7 days a week, 7 days of cardio (only about 10-20 min but high intensity), 5 days of weight training, & 2 days of calisthenics. I work construction & as a mechanic so I’m constantly moving. I don’t calorie count but I should be within 2000-2600 calories a day, just depends on the day. I’m definitely gaining muscle mass & I lost about 10 lbs of fat my 1st month & a half & my waist line shrank about 3 inches. But I have not lost any weight since then, im pretty much staying between 217-220 lbs. & I know muscle is heavier weight than fat but my waist hasn’t been shrinking either, im still at 41 inches, I’ve been at that size since late January. My overall health has improved, I have more energy than ever before, i concentrate better, im more goal driven, my life has improved a lot, but I’m still not losing the weight. & surprisingly enough, my sex drive seems to be down a little too, even my erections feel softer than before I started. I don’t drink, I don’t do drugs, I won’t even take a damn advil, I’m super strict about my diet & workout, I get around 7-8 hours of sleep a night. According to all the info & stats out there, I should be doing a lot better than this, does anyone have any suggestions, critiques, etc? I’m a 23 y/o male, 6 feet tall even. I know results don’t happen over night but still, I don’t seem to have gained any progress in the last month whatsoever.
