6 months in, I'm not doing any better
Post Body

Quick synopses: Started keto in 2016 when I got over 800 lbs and split a bedframe. Dropped to 320 by 2019. Dropped calories to 1500 then Feb of 2019 I began gaining the weight back 10-15 lbs at a time eating at a deficit. Now I'm maintaining 460.

Ok, I switched to carnivore roughly 6 months ago (most cause I got tired trying to make vegetables for keto), and I'm not feeling any better than I was before it.

My diet is mostly 2-3 lbs of ground beef a day. Some 73/27 and 80/20. When I use 80/20 I turn it into cheese burgers with 2 tbs of butter. Also I have a rib eye now and then with 2-3 tbs of butter.

I have no energy at all. I've quit exercising cause I just dont feel good. I can sleep for 8 hours, be up for 3 before I'm back in bed.

Am I doing something wrong with this diet?

I have checked to see if it is something else. The doctor I go to did basic tests on blood, thyroid, what have you. All of its normal. No other doctors will take me as a patient.
