Howdy all, it's my 2nd day on carnivore. I saw Mikhaila and Jordan Peterson talking on the subject and it sounded amazing. I'm really hoping for at least some weight loss, but mainly I want more energy and for it to help with my depression and anxiety. We'll see what happens. Anyways, last night I had a super buttery steak and it was awesome. Decently filling and super tasty. Today I had butterfried bacon and then I cooked some ground chicken in the same pan to mop up all the fats. Again very tasty but I'm having a lot of difficulty getting through my plate. I'm almost full but I'm really feeling some mega fat overload. Am I doing something wrong, like is it too much fat, or is that just part of the adjustment? My girlfriend already quit the diet after one meal but I'd really like to get through at least a month and see what it can do!
