When doing beef only.. what to do with the pan drippings?!
Post Body

Looking to try 30 days of beef, salt, and water. Got 5 lbs of Tallow coming from Fannie & Flo and thinking about ordering 50 lbs of 70/30 from US Wellness Meats while it's on sale. I can eat cast iron burgers every night, but my question is, what to do with the leftover pan juice?! Normally I scramble up a couple eggs in it and call it a day. Guessing I could just strain it and jar it up for later use as well but I feel like that extra fat would be a good addition to the meal, especially if that is all I'm having, and I'm guessing there will be more then normal with the 70/30.
