A silly question maybe
Post Body
I want to do this diet maybe not 100% but 99% considering someone allow coffee and some seasonings, mustard and maybe a small amount of sauce.
And I think eggs are gross, but with caviar it goes down very easy. Tho my caviar consist of 13% karbohydrates where of 12% is sugar. and taking into the equation that I may eat 40g of caviar a day. I don't, but considering I do. that would make the karbohydrates intake up to 5,2g a day. Is that too much in your opinion?
I know if I were to figure out what makes me feel bad I should leave it out as close to 100% as possible. but I'd still be doing more than 99% if I did eat caviar. Also I'm sure there are caviars without sugars, I just don't know how to get that.
