So my absolute favorite of course is ribeye and even better than that is prime rib for me. If I could have prime rib every single night, I could truly enjoy this diet forever and never get tired of it. I do get tired of ribeyes every single night even though they are delicious. But looking into things in the current inflated prices or rather, corporate greed! Am I safe to assume you're basically going to pay at least $400 a month just for one person to eat this way every night? And I mean ribeyes prime rib that sort of thing. One ribeye roast at 12$ something a pound from Walmart or Sam's club is the going rate. And I can get five decent thickness steaks out of this. And then of course one day I could do ground beef and eggs and then do a 48-hour fast another day. Then this is basically eating one steak a day. Does $400 a month seem expensive for one person to eat everyday? Or is that reasonable? Thank you so much!
