HELP! Modded 2016 Infinity Q60 turbo air intakes getting wet in the rain. How can I stop them from getting wet?

I do not want them getting wet and water gets into the hood vents when it rains and soaks the turbo filters. I just need some ideas (maybe I can 3d print cover plates for the hood vents?
