Hi im in the middle of fixing my dads car that he's left parked for a few years its a 77 camero any idea's on mods or edvise in general would be helpful

Me and my friend are in the middle of taking the engine apart to rebuild since my dad left a towel in that was sucked all the way into the cylinders and since its been out parked not being turned on for over a decade we might as well take it all part to check everything is okay and we found a few bent pushrodes and broken/damage compression springs
