love my dad, get clickbaited, but i’m conflicted. i’m about 6 months i’m anticipating 8.5k to spend on an LS430. I know of course not all of them are good but he insists that buying an 18 year old car is a bad idea. i want to get into the car customizing scene and i’m autistic as fuck and think i could piece together the simpler puzzles of car mechanisms. i’m going to be looking at 06’ from 100k-150k miles and want to consistently work on and mod this car. is it truly a bad idea. seems everyone online has all good things to say but i believe it could be only the harsh truth that a car this old could not be a reliable daily driver. who art foolish?
this car will be vital to my transportation needs! if you don’t believe this could he an intelligent pick for a vehicle i’m very open to suggestions!
