PPF Full Front + Ceramic Coating $4300

I went into a shop and asked them to PPF the full front of my new Toyota GR86, which also includes the mirrors and both the side rocker panels.

Afterwards, I asked for them to ceramic coat my car. They provided me different options for ceramic coating, and I chose the most expensive one, which they called the “gold package”. With this, they said I can bring my GR86 in once a year as long as I own the car, and they’ll reapply or touch up any parts that need ceramic coating. Even if I move to a new location, I can use this lifetime ceramic coating deal there too.

The total for both the full frontal PPF and lifetime ceramic coating came out to be $4,300. I was surprised at the price, so am wondering, is this normal?
