Anyone know if Carmax uses WorldPac for parts ordering? Trying to determine if I’m getting the run around.

Backstory- I work as a service advisor for a Euro Repair shop. Dropped off my 19 STI over a week ago for front pads and rotors. Carmax said they had the parts in stock and scheduled me accordingly. Apparently they got the wrong parts. Something I see frequently in my line of work. However now they are saying they can’t get the rotors. I’ve checked WorldPac, front Brembo Rotors are ready to go, called the local Subaru dealer, rotors are in stock on the shelf.

This is being covered under the 30 day warranty so I am not paying out of pocket. My guess is they don’t want to buy high dollar rotors and are waiting for a cheaper option that is hard to find.

Curious if any prior or current Carmax employees have any advice. Coming up in 2 weeks now for just front pads and rotors seems crazy to me. Thanks in advance!
