I just bought a VW Tiguan from CarMax in Escondido California. I’m noticing a small ding on the door, both front tires are bald and the alignment on the vehicle pulls to the right. Additionally the shocks squeak.
I’ve got no trust the CarMax will do a good job. Should I just make them replace the tires and take the car to the VW dealer for full inspections and repairs? Im okay with the $150 deductible for MaxCare if it means someone other CarMax does the work.
I realize the tires won’t be covered under MaxCare, so that I’ll argue with CarMax to replace.
