I am looking to sell my car in Washington state, co-signer is in another state (Missouri). I’m the owner/signer, I have a lien release letter and original title with lien on it but car is paid. Can I sell my car?

Post Body

So I have a unique situation and I’m wanting to selling my car to Car Max in Washington state.

My car is paid off (auto loan), I’m the “owner” while my parents are the co-signer. I have the original title in hand, along with the lien release/letter stating the vehicle is paid off.

In this case, am I allowed to sell the vehicle to car max if I have the lien release letter and the original title in hand?

The vehicle will be registered in Washington state at the time that I sell the vehicle.
