Broken side mirror

Bought a model 3 from the Carmax in Kenner, LA. Took delivery at night and noticed the side mirror had separated from it’s mount from the PO hitting something with it. Brought Carmax an estimate from the New Orleans tesla service center to replace the mirror assembly and Carmax refuses to cover it. They said I hit something with it after delivery. The tesla service center estimate was from the very next morning after delivery
