Are there any careers that only require 40hrs?
Post Body

A little back story... I left marketing in 2021. The 60hr work weeks, always being available to your clients, 6am local meetings, 3am check-ins, all that did me in.

I spent over 7 years as a marketing director and client director and then realized I wasn't living a life outside of work at all. I was having nightmares every night and ulcers all the time.

I've been working as an artist since, it's gone well considering it's only been a year but I need a consistent salary. I love business strategy and working with people, but I am so sick of not being alive so that I can work.

Any ideas on a career transition where I can use my skills but keep the work to about 40hrs?

I know there will be a pay cut but I want my life back. Oh, also I live in Oklahoma to give you reference on the types of jobs available.
