First time salary negotiator here any recruiters or hiring managers out there?
Post Body
I’m about to accept a job offer from a company which I think is generous but I could be wrong. I rejected the first offer and asked for more due to being fluent in Spanish. 2nd offer was 3k higher which I am pretty comfortable accepting as it’s a 13k raise from my current position..
I’m curious as to how many offers are usually given to a candidate in these negotiations… I don’t want to burn my bridge by asking for more but if I don’t who will right??
