How long is your resume? (+ field and years of experience

For 15 years, my resume has been a succession of editing and adding onto a document I created long ago. I have become a mid-level manager at a reputable global corporation which I've been at, with multiple jobs/titles, for a decade. My resume is about 2 pages. I'm thinking of tearing it all down and creating a new one from scratch, but don't know how I should limit myself space-wise.
