I’m 26F. Currently in a customer experience rep role but was given an opportunity to “intern” internally on another team in the company I thought I’d be interested. We’re a startup so things are unorganized.
I only make 43,000 per year. I’m currently doing the work that my current teammate is doing who makes 15k more than me (obviously this is bc I’m interning for a 3 month contract). I’m not enjoying the work (HR) and I’m so bored. Currently I’m in my bed crying because of how miserable I am and upset at myself for making career decisions that suck.
I just don’t know what to even apply for. I’m close to submitting my two weeks (been at the company for 2 years and not been given a promotion ever despite being a top performer). What do I do?
