I really need help to figure out next steps. I am working for a growing tech company in customer service. They preach opportunity to grow but it’s complete BS. How do I get out of this call center job?

I’m 26. I’ve been at this company for almost 2 years. No raise, even though they’re hiring like crazy. I’ve had newer people get passed up for promotions over me even though I am a top performer.

I’m honestly depressed that this is my life now. I got a degree from a top 10 public university and this is what I have to show for it. It was a science degree so clearly it was worthless when I decided not to go into healthcare.

I just need some help to figure out what other kinds of jobs I can get and start earning more money. I am so over customer service and I know there’s something else out there for me but I just don’t know where to begin
