I have already expressed interest to my lead and our company is open and willing to have people grow in their careers. I am wanting to switch as I truly hate being on phones and I am naturally gravitated towards HR roles. I have been at the company for over a year, and I have had meetings with our HR manager about this and am going to be shadowing etc.
Would creating training videos on my care team be gold experience for HR (learning and development related)? What other things can I do to help me grow my skills?
