What to talk about with manager when you have no idea what career you want to grow into?
Post Body

I am currently 1.2 years in on my role as a CX rep at a startup and I’m over it. I want to move into something else and recently just applied to a client success coordinator at my company but didn’t get it over someone WAY less tenured but more experience.

I just don’t really know what I want, but I want to offer more value than what I am doing right now. I have a one on one with my boss coming up and I just have no idea how to express these concerns.
