I'm trying to get into digital marketing with a decent amount of personal experience but also a summer internship. Bachelor's in accounting but never worked in it nor do I want to. I just want something entry-level to teach me the advertising industry and pay the bills. I'm willing to travel/move almost anywhere.
I'm confident enough that if I can just get on a phone call with someone to prove my openness and capability to learn that I have a decent shot. That's what I did for my internship and it worked.
Will making a cover letter put my foot in the door? The problem is, I am often desperately using the spray-and-pray method when it comes to these applications and I simply don't have that much time to dedicate to job hunting. Unemployment options are running out soon and I really need to get a start on my career. 24m here.
