I am interested in human behavior, being part of changing company cultures, possibly consulting eventually, and in general working with people to make changes. What type of career would I pursue?
Post Body

Background: I am kind of lost. I am 25 and I have a degree in nutrition from a top 10 public university for what itโ€™s worth (nothing nowadays LOL). I have worked in workplace wellness as a health educator and liked it a lot but at the time the position was part time and not much growth. I loved the work life balance.

I currently, after having an a lot of personal challenges and crises, moved into tech for opportunities and moved across country to Austin Texas. I am currently working in Customer Care for a health tech startup but the balance sucks and I miss the ownership I had in my career.

What should I do to make a transition into something that best fits my interests? I have considered:

-getting my foot in the door to HR -going back to school for a masters in I/O psychology and then working in industry -going back to school for a PHD and working in academia

I just need a little guidance. And I just want to be happy and use my strengths โ˜บ๏ธ
