How do you deal with unethical situations at the workplace?
Post Body

I’d like to keep this open ended, but what is your advice for handling situations where your boss makes questionable decisions but you have little proof that they’re breaking company policy or regulations?

Do you just wait it out and try to cover your own ass? Is it important to speak up? Will their actions be discovered eventually if nothing is said?

Also what if you’re not entirely convinced that what they’re doing is wrong? Who do you go to to ask without causing a shitstorm of drama?
