I’m in a sticky situation: accepted a job a little while back out of pure desperation after a layoff and I start Monday. I had an interview today for a company I REALLY want and they are getting back to me latest Monday. What to do?

Details: the first position is a market development rep, so super entry/high turnover anyway.
Second one is customer experience but it is for a health/wellness company which is the industry I want to be in. I also don’t really want to do sales.
The interview today went so well. And I have a feeling I’ll get an offer. But my new job starts Monday! Ahhhh such an awkward position.
What would you do???
