I’m a producer on a live weekly television show that airs nationally. I’ve worked consistently for 15 years and in that time I’ve seen budgets shrink and efforts double across the industry. I passed burnout about 6 months ago and have been going on fumes lately.
I’m ready to move on from the industry, I’ve done and accomplish all I’ve wanted to and now I want to enjoy life.
In my industry I have a relatively impressive resume but I’m genuinely unsure of where/how to take those skills elsewhere or how to frame them. I’m a proven leader, problem solver and have the charisma to get the best out of people. I’m honestly open to anything, provided it’s a good fit. Does anyone have any kind of direction or experience in a career shift? Sorry if this is too open ended I genuinely have no idea where to start.
