So I got an invite from an internal recruiter at a Fintech company for a UX role. I was a little in shock but I was like sure I do X and Y in my spare time and I feel like I oversold the recruiter and she passed me on to the hiring manager. I also had another firm looking at me that is a Fintech firm and interview with a few interview and got far into the hiring process but was not chosen. I just did a few projects at my company coding a few times saving things and it seems to impress people. How can I better format my resume and LinkedIn to target these companies more effectively
