I'm looking for some career advice. I'm 22, I moved to the US almost 2 years ago. Right now I'm working as a finance assistant mostly just reviewing stuff and data entry, making 20 bucks an hour in Madison, Wisconsin, which is a little over 40k a year. I have an Accounting degree from a Caribbean university but in the US it counts as a business degree (due to different rules and regulations). I can't do CPA because it's not a US degree, I can do CMA (Certified Management Accounting) but I've heard it's not really recognized much. I also have one year of Non-Destructive Testing experience, and I'm also open to going into quality inspection. I also had a sales job at a furniture place and I was good at it but I had to leave at the time due to schedule conflicts. I'm also bilingual (Spanish/English).
I'm looking to be in a place where I can grow and also make a lot of money, would love to reach 100k one day. I'm open to anything really, I can adapt to anything pretty well.
What career paths can I take?
Thank you in advance
