Hi everyone,
I have been working as a school psychologist for a couple of years now, and I feel like the field of education has been becoming more toxic (it was already toxic af). I have been thinking about leaving the field and starting new challenge where I can actually grow in my skills. However, it seems like there is no way out unless I go back to graduate school and get phd.
Are there any school psychologist who hold an Educational Specialist degree, and have experience with leaving the field? What did you end up doing?
Also, if there are any Colorado school psychs who can help, please reach out! Happy to connect.
