Very niche broker/negotiator/intermediary jobs for career change?

Post Body

44 y/o in US. I’ve worked as a clinical social worker (crisis response/facilitator, oncology social worker, community mediator, therapist) but looking for career change to make more $$$ (ideally 150k ). Basically can talk to anyone, emotionally intelligent, but no history in white collar, technical/trades or business.

Everyone tells me I should be a negotiator or middleman of some sort. I’m looking to partner/broker/match/negotiate in a job in a niche industry. Is the such thing as a confidential buyer who negotiates on behalf of companies/individuals that want to remain anonymous? I don’t want to do direct sales but am open to ideas. Not real estate. Willing to consider commission based work if the payout are worth it.

Don’t want to get MBA or JD at this point. Or work 80-hour weeks.

Thoughts? and Thanks!
