Post Body

I’m unsure what to do. I have a reasonably good job, make pretty good money even for a HCOL area but I’m deeply unhappy for a number of reasons. I think I have a pretty decent resume and experience but I’ve applied to over 300 jobs in the last two years; less than half respond at all, half of that refer me to a hiring manager and from that I’ve gotten a grand total of 2 interviews. I’ve had my resume reviewed by friends, family, AI resume programs and all say it’s good but the results differ. What am I doing wrong?
