Hi everyone!
Just needing a bit of career guidance. I’m 28 and an currently working as a Customer Support for a booking software but I’m pretty much done with it and do not want to be doing that my whole life. I do some study after work (mostly for certs) but at the moment I just feel lost on what to do and dont really have a plan.
My background is mostly in IT/Customer support. I don’t have the best knowledge in IT but I know enough basic terminology. I recently passed the MS-900 cert from Microsoft but I feel like it is a waste since we dont really use M365 at work so Im not exposed to it every day. I wanna keep going and doing more Microsoft cert but I dont see the point if I have no experience in the cert Im studying for.
I dont know. I just feel like I’m wasting my time. Has anyone been in my situation before? What did you do and have you found a job yet that you enjoy?
Thanks everyone
