I am currently middle management at a bank and excel in all sales categories… like blow it out of the water. I have decided to look for opportunities elsewhere and have an interview in a couple days with Pella Windows. Base salary is good at $75K - $100K plus additional $40K - $70K in bonus/commission. The location and territory is a little over an hour (60 miles 1 way) from my home. They do provide a car allowance but it isn’t worth me putting the miles and wear and tear on my vehicle…

Is there any way I can negotiate a company car with the position? Possibly drop my base a little in exchange for a company car?

Also, do you have any recommendations in finding a decent paying sales job with a company car? I can’t find any that provide a car, just mileage reimbursement or a car allowance.

Any advice is appreciated!!
