i have applied to a medical admin program and an operations management program, both one year online based out of ontario colleges.

i’m having trouble deciding which path to take in terms of career growth, satisfaction, and earnings potential. based on course offerings i think i would enjoy the ops management course better, but i’m not sure if the industry is better in terms of earnings potential and job opportunities. ops management also has the bonus of not being a customer facing position. i have a customer service background but would rather transfer those skills into a less public facing position.

if anyone has insight into the growth potential of each of these industries i’d love some input.
