Good afternoon, everyone
Anyways I am a recent graduate I graduated of my master's degree at the University while I work in Retail, but the thing is that in recent years even during my master's I been taking some engineering courses that I felt passionate of discovering it and got bitten by the engineering bug. The thing is that I don't want to continue working in Retail anymore and want to pivot for my passion and love of Aerospace Engineering. The issue I am having is funding and that I am getting older at 37. Out of a recent interview I had I did not know I failed it but the way they pointed it out to be that I did not have a traditional STEM Degree. Which made me feel sad and questioning of my future what the heck am I going to do. And I want to be with projects with Spaceships, rockets and such. But every time I try to apply, I get so many rejection letters it gets discouraging for me, but I am pushing on through.
So, it has come to my decision that I am going to have to go back to university again to get myself a STEM and ABET degree along with certifications to go for the Aerospace/ Defense Industry. So, I am confused on how I am going to tackle this since I want to leave retail so badly.
What am I going to do? How am I going to get out of this nightmare I am in and pivot towards an industry I love to be in and be professional in.
Edit: I revised the title, and I am sorry for before of the question I hope this helps.
