What can a part time janitor do to move up and find something better at the hospital where I work?

Post Body

So, college drop out(no finishing isn’t an option for now). Held a few jobs from mattress selling, call center, to current Part time janitor at a hospital. While the work isn’t bad, and my colleges are great I know I can’t do this forever. What if anything should I look at that has an evening shift at hospitals that pays a bit more then being a janitor? At most I can do some online courses if they are not to long, but I’m going to need something to change because I can’t do this for to long. Evening and part time is best as during the day I’m a stay at home parent. I’d like to stay at the hospital but honestly, I’ll do anything and if I can figure out a remote even better.
