I have been currently working at the same job since covid started. I just finished my and in public health but have very little experience when it comes to my field and I want to get my foot into some kind of administrative position in say a clinic or hospital. The only issue is that I get paid $27.50 for my current job and the position I’ve looked at with my degree/ experience have all been around $23-$26. Are there any courses or online certifications that anyone recommends to make my experience stronger or even then any internships that have flexible hours (I know it’s a lot to ask for ). At the end I just don’t feel right leaving this job without feeling secure going to another job.
