What are some decent boot camps?

Howdy y’all, so I’ve been a brewer the last 10 years. Hurt my shoulder to the point that I can’t work a physically demanding job anymore unless I get a surgery that’s not even guaranteed to fix the problem. I’ve identified my transferable skills and had my resume professionally done up and I’m just having trouble finding anything that pays enough to justify ending my unemployment (basically I’d make less than unemployment and I’m already barely getting by). So my thought is while I’m collecting I may as well do some form of boot camp. I’ve considered coding and tried some free classes, but it just wasn’t clicking with me. I’m really good at coordinating, problem solving, and customer relations so a friend of mine suggested looking into becoming a project manager. Basically I’m looking for suggestions on some sort of certificate program that will actually be worth my time and that employers would actually consider. Doesn’t need to be project manager, I’m very open to suggestions. Something that can be completed in 6 months or less (I really need to get back to work) and would allow me to work from home would be ideal. I unfortunately do not have a degree if that helps narrow things. Sorry if this is too long or the wrong place to ask this specific question. Thanks in advance for any advice!

EDIT: also I’m in the US (Massachusetts), and am good enough with computers and I’m pretty good at fixing electronics
