Post Body

I was just wondering if any others that work in tech at an established but still growing SaaS company get anxiety going into work and are not able to sleep at night.

this company has been growing rapidly, there are some clients that have left and new huge clients coming in, but there are so many customizations per customer that the code is overwhelming, the data is overwhelming, the client reported issues are overwhelming and at night I fall asleep forgetting about half of what I did because I deal with so many issue tickets, jira tickets to track development everyday.

How do you deal with this anxiety? Deal with taking in all of this information, track all the processes, timeframes, issues? there’s only 2 of us in the technical support team and we’re both pretty new.

sometimes it gets to the point where its hard to breathe and I get only like 5-6 hours of sleep recently.
