Any Ops Jobs Out There?
Post Body

Need Some Advice

I currently work as a ops manager for a company that I intended to be my career. I had my eyes set on my next position, realizing it would be a few years before it happened. I was fine with that, even with the crap pay I’m at now. Recently the company has reworked that position and added a sales aspect to it. I’ve got no real interest in that because truthfully working those pushy sales positions has always made me feel dirty. So I’ve come to realize that I am not likely to move up any further. Do I go ahead and cut my losses? Is there even a job out there that I remotely qualify for? No degree, no certifications, just the work experience and all the software I use now seems to be proprietary so no experience in any standard WMS or other software. Just feeling stuck at the moment.
