Hiring managers or recruiters, would doing this come across as pandering?

Hi,
If anyone who has done some hiring work could shed some light on my idea: I’m applying for a job at a university. It’s actually my Alma Mater. The job is in the athletics department. Would making the colors in my resume match the school colors come across as pandering? Or appreciated? Since it’s the athletic dept, the colors are pretty important for their branding. I tried it out, and it actually looks pretty good. Looks like a university publication haha. TIA!
