Hiring managers or recruiters, would doing this come across as pandering?

Post Body

Hi,

If anyone who has done some hiring work could shed some light on my idea: Iโ€™m applying for a job at a university. Itโ€™s actually my Alma Mater. The job is in the athletics department. Would making the colors in my resume match the school colors come across as pandering? Or appreciated? Since itโ€™s the athletic dept, the colors are pretty important for their branding. I tried it out, and it actually looks pretty good. Looks like a university publication haha. TIA!
